This page shows the address your connection uses on the internet, together with your provider, autonomous system and address type (IPv4 or IPv6). The result comes from public network services queried the moment the page loads.
How it works
- 1Open the page and wait for the automatic lookup — there is nothing to install and no account to create.
- 2Read the address in the main card and use Copy IP if you need to keep the value.
- 3Press Refresh lookup after switching networks, turning a VPN on, or moving between mobile data and home broadband.
Why does my IP address keep changing?
Mobile networks and carrier-grade NAT rotate addresses often, sometimes on every reconnection. Home fibre and cable connections usually keep the same address for days or weeks, but it is only fixed on a dedicated-IP plan.
Is this my phone's address or my router's?
It is the public address of the connection in use at that moment. On 4G and 5G it is shared by many subscribers behind the same carrier NAT; on Wi-Fi it is the address your provider assigns to the router.
