See exactly what a public resolver returns for A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME, NS, SOA and CAA records. It is the quickest way to confirm whether a DNS change has fully propagated before blaming the host.
How it works
- 1Type the domain without http:// and without a trailing slash.
- 2Choose the record type you need.
- 3Review the returned values and the TTL, which tells you how long resolvers keep the previous answer cached.
Why is my change not showing up yet?
Every resolver honours the TTL of the previous record. Until that timer expires, some visitors still receive the old address even though the zone is already correct.
What to check when email stops arriving
Confirm MX, the SPF record published in TXT, your DKIM key and the DMARC policy. A missing SPF or DMARC record is the most common reason legitimate mail lands in spam.
